I joined the DSPS in 2022 as part of the Comparative and International Political Economy track. I am conducting my PhD as part of a joint-thesis (cotutelle) between CEU and SciencesPo Paris. My research focuses on the fiscal aspect of European integration, with a particular attention given to the European common debt (Eurobonds) issued during the covid-19 pandemic. In general I am interested in institutional change, issues related to (European) political economy, and in the role of ideas and discourses in international political economy. I have also a particular interest towards the history and the political economy of Central Europe.

I previously worked as a freelance journalist for various French media outlets, covering primarily the political affairs of the CEE region. I worked as a correspondent based in Budapest, Hungary and in Kyiv, Ukraine, and wrote among others for Le Figaro, Le Monde diplomatique, Mediapart, Ouest France and Le Courrier d'Europe centrale.
