Sasikumar S. Sundaram
Sasikumar S. Sundaram completed his PhD at the Department of International Relations at the Central European University, Budapest. His dissertation, "Scorekeepers, Game Players and Political Action: Normativity and Practical Reasoning of Brazil and India in International Politics" examined the varieties of practical reasoning on humanitarian crises abroad. His research interests include rising powers and international order, influence of norms in decision making, India's Foreign and Security Policies, Brazil's Foreign and Security Policies, and American pragmatist philosophy. Previously he held research position at the Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses, New Delhi and Visiting Fellowship positions at Norwegian Institute for Defense Studies, Oslo and Nordic Institute for Asia Studies, Copenhagen.
