I'm a PhD Candidate in Political Science, Political Economy track. My research is situated at the intersection of Political Economy and Political Behavior, and focuses on the political causes and consequences of economic inequality. Although most of my current research is occupied with advanced capitalist economies, I do not delimit my research interests geographically. I also have a strong interest in research methodology, particularly experimental research, Bayesian statistics, and formal models.
Before joining CEU I completed two Master's programs, Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, and Business Economics at Saarland University. I also worked as a researcher at the German Development Institute (DIE) in Bonn and for the German International Cooperation (GIZ) in the Philippines.
