Eldar's paper critically examines Alan Patten’s theory of neutrality of treatment. It argues that the theory assumes an inadequate conception of personal autonomy, which undermines its plausibility.

PhD Candidate Vujo Ilic visited Yale with CEU DRSG grant

Presentations at a handful of top American universities, a “Best Doctoral Student Paper Award”, and useful feedback from world-class Yale professors like Stathis Kalyvas – these are some of the results CEU PhD student Vujo Ilic achieved during his research fellowship at Yale University. Vujo, a doctoral candidate of CEU’s PhD Program in Political Science, visited New Haven in 2016 with Yale’s Program on Order, Conflict, and Violence Residential Research Fellowship, with the partial support of the CEU Doctoral Research Support Grant (DRSG).
